  1. Do you have a particular title or can you get it?
  2. Everything that we currently have available can be found through our search feature. The items sold through AMAdea Records are unique and not available everywhere. We store also catalogues from our partner distributors. If none of our distributors have a particular title in their supply, it will not be listed to order. We do not special order items that are not shown on the website.

  3. Do you have more details (i.e. track listings) on this title?
  4. By clicking on any hyperlinked album title name, you will see everything we know about that item. We do not have further details beyond what is listed on the album detail information.

  5. How do I listen to the music clips?
  6. All tracks from each album are available in music clips in 45 sec. length as MP3 192kbit (CBR!)/44.1kHz stereo. To listen to them, just click on an album name to get to the track listing. Click on the desired song title and the music should load in special audio flash player in your browser.

  7. I can't play the music. What should I do?
  8. If you can't play the music, that means that you probably don't have Flash Player installed or if you do, then it's an old version. Please download the latest flash player here: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

  9. How do I know if my order is secure?
  10. We understand your concern for having your personal information secure. We share your concern and do not collect any credit card information on our site. We do not store any credit card information on our servers. During the checkout process, you will be taken to our processing company's website to input your credit card information, PayPal.com. They are the largest and most reputable online credit card processor in the business. By doing this, you are getting the highest level of protection we can offer.

    In addition, you exchange information with our website via encrypted network, which guarantees that the information you enter in forms cannot be read by anyone else but our team.

  11. What are the payment options?
  12. We accept only:

  13. Why do you use PayPal?
  14. PayPal charges less per transaction than most merchant services. We save by using PayPal and we pass those savings on to you by keeping our s&h fees lower than almost anyone. PayPal is safe and secure. If you don't have a PayPal account, we urge you click the logo below and get one. It's easy and fast and will prove to be quite beneficial all over the internet.

  15. Will you share my personal information?
  16. No. We respect and are committed to online privacy. We will not share, sell, or trade your personal information to others.

  17. How long from the time I order a CD until I receive it?
  18. All orders are manufactured within 48 hours of receipt and placed in the mail on the next working day. Domestic orders takes up to 3 days from the moment of shipping.

    International orders depend on which shipment type is selected - Regular or Priority airmail. Delivery times depend on which country one resides, so we can't give an estimate of delivery time. The rule of thumb is that if you live in Europe, it can takes a week or two, depend on shipment type. If you live in Australia, it takes about three weeks or more, depend on shipment type. No matter where you live, you should receive your order within a month.

  19. Will I receive an email confirmation, after I placed my order?
  20. Email confirmations are sent to you after your order has been placed and shipped. We also send email notifications if there are any problems in processing your order. However, if an email is not received, it’s possible that your ISP may have spam or junk email filters. If that is the case, check your spam or bulk email folders.

  21. How long has AMAdea Records been around?
  22. AMAdea Records has been in business since 2007. We are a Bulgaria-based independent record label. The company has since expanded to be the launching pad for many talented and diverse artists. Please see About AMAdea Records to learn more.

  24. Down by the navigation bar on the left you will always see our newsletter section, no matter where are you on the website.

  26. was recorded, what brand of instruments where used on a particular cut, etc. See the artist's bio or the liner notes to the album or send an inquiry to AMAdea Records.

  27. Do your musicians do concerts?
  28. We've distributed a large number of artists and some of them perform on their own. Please see the News page for up-to-date detailed information or check special gig news posted on each artist page.

  29. I'm a retailer. Who do I contact for ordering information for my store?
  30. AMAdea Records works with various distributors around the world to place our product in stores. You may contact us to request a list of distributors or inquire how we may supply you with wholesale product. For more information about how that works click here.

  31. I'm a label representative. Who do I contact for getting in my catalogue into your online store?
  32. AMAdea Records offers opportunity for independent labels to sell their catalogue into our online store, if the music meets our requirements. You may contact us for request to add your catalogue into our system.
